Collab Planner
Find time with other streamers and plan collabs without spreadsheet chaos.
100% free, customizable alerts & widgets for live streamers. Overlays, chat commands, music widgets, and browser sources — the stuff streamers usually piece together from five different services. Here it's one login, one set of settings, zero subscriptions.
Powering 41 widgets across 8 streamers.
I stream. I built this because the tools I needed were either paywalled, subscription-locked, or designed to upsell me into something I didn't ask for. Every overlay on this page exists because I wanted to use it on my own stream.

The deal:
But no seriously – I've seen firsthand the power of community, the spark of inspiration, the endless creativity and the fun and laughs and everything people can have together.
And when someone finally has the courage, energy and strength to try it themselves, they SHOULD NEVER pay $20+ a month just to have some stupid web overlays that cost PENNIES to run. But pennies do add up eventually.
So use The Stream Toolset. If it ever helps you, and you want to keep this running for others, consider donating or becoming a supporter :)
Drop in your existing StreamElements and Streamlabs themes — they run as-is, sandboxed, no rebuild. The overlays you already spent hours on keep working, here, untouched.
Apply curated themes straight from the in-app catalog, or build your own with the open Theme SDK. Hand-reviewed, no AI, no commerce — and community submissions are opening.
Compose chat, music, alerts, and schedule on a single 1920×1080 OBS browser source. Drag to position, see it live, ship one URL to OBS instead of juggling six.
FAQ
Yes. Every tool, every overlay, every widget. Nothing is paywalled. Community supporters cover the hosting bill ($12/month); supporters get a cosmetic accent and a name on the page, not feature access.
A Twitch account to sign in. From there: OBS Studio (free) for the overlays, plus a Spotify account if you want the music widget. That's it — no Premium subscriptions, no Streamlabs account, no Streamlabs Desktop fork.
Yes. Chat-driven overlays (chat box, lurk peek, song requests, alerts) read both Twitch chat and YouTube Live chat in parallel. Sign in with Twitch first, then connect YouTube in Connections.
Soon. The theme importer is in development — drop in a theme bundle from either platform and the toolset runs it as-is. The goal: keep the work you already made when the bigger platforms shift around you.
The toolset was briefly mirrored to a public repo in early 2026 as a transparency play, then closed when it became clear the mirror was buying nothing concrete. The product is closed; an open theme SDK is the public surface — that's where contributors can extend the toolset without the risks of a full source mirror.
Cloudflare KV (Twitch session, widget configs, donor records). No third-party trackers on the marketing pages. Stripe handles payments; we only store the customer ID and lifetime contribution total. Full details on the privacy page.
Drop a message in the Discord. That's where everything lands first — bug reports, ideas, feedback on betas. Roadmap items get triaged there before they show up on the page.
